Fractional Revenue Operations Leadership

Part of your team.
Invested in your success.

Growing companies don't always need another full-time executive. Sometimes they need an experienced leader who can step in, understand the business, and help get things moving.

I work alongside founders and leadership teams to improve revenue visibility, strengthen sales operations, and tackle the operational challenges that come with growth.

With more than 20 years of experience, including VP-level roles at Visa and Cybersource, I've spent much of my career solving these problems from inside the business.

01 / The challenge

Growth has a way of exposing what's not working.

As companies grow, so does the complexity behind the scenes. More people, more systems, more data, and more competing priorities.

  • Sales forecasts are difficult to trust.
  • Different teams have different versions of the numbers.
  • CRM and reporting systems create more work than they should.
  • Important projects stall because nobody has time to lead them.
  • Teams spend too much time reacting and not enough time improving.

These problems don't always require major investments or a complete overhaul. They do require someone who can see the bigger picture, identify what matters, and help the team address it.

02 / What I bring to the team

A practical approach to Revenue Operations.

01

Better visibility

Reliable forecasts, useful reporting, and performance measures that help leaders understand what's happening and make informed decisions.

02

Better processes

Clearer sales processes, more effective use of existing tools, and operational practices that support the business instead of slowing it down.

03

Better execution

Help setting priorities, coordinating work across teams, and making sure important initiatives actually move forward.

03 / How I work

Not another consultant on the sidelines.

Explore the approach

I've spent most of my career working inside organizations, leading teams, solving problems, and being accountable for results.

That's how I prefer to work today.

Through RevLytics, I take on a small number of ongoing partnerships where I can become a genuine part of the team.

I participate in the conversations, help establish priorities, work alongside employees, and take responsibility for moving important work forward.

You get the benefit of experienced Revenue Operations leadership without needing to fill another full-time executive position.

I'm there to help do the work, not just tell you what needs to be done.

04 / Experience that translates

I've worked through these challenges before.

Over more than two decades at Authorize.Net, Cybersource, and Visa, I've worked across sales strategy, revenue operations, analytics, and sales technology.

My responsibilities have included leading global operations teams, building forecasting and planning processes, improving sales reporting, and helping organizations get more value from their systems and data.

I've worked closely with sales, finance, technology, and executive leadership—and understand how difficult it can be to keep everyone aligned as a business grows.

05 / The person behind RevLytics

Hi, I'm Wade.

I started RevLytics to do the work I enjoy most: getting to know a business, working alongside its people, and helping make things work better.

After more than 20 years in sales operations and revenue leadership, I value practical progress and straightforward conversations. I like being close to the work and accountable to the people doing it.

RevLytics is intentionally small. I work with one or two companies so I can give each relationship the time and attention it deserves.

06 / A good fit matters

Who I work best with.

RevLytics is designed for growing B2B companies that need stronger Revenue Operations leadership but aren't ready to hire someone full-time.

Typically, there's already a team doing good work. What may be missing is the experience, capacity, or leadership needed to bring everything together.

I work best with founders and executives who value straightforward communication, collaboration, and accountability.

I prefer ongoing working relationships where I can understand the business, contribute consistently, and help the team make measurable progress.
